I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Ulta Beauty (Dallas, TX)
Interview
The manager was very friendly and I loved the atmosphere. It was about ten minutes and she offered me the job. Very lax. She told me that the store is very open when it comes to hair color and tattoos, and that she was going to dye hers bright pink soon. Very easy, unfortunately it was too far away from my home. She offered me 8.50/hr which was a really big drop from my last job.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Ulta Beauty (Murfreesboro, TN) in Nov 2014
Interview
I had two interviews, one with the store manager and another with the regional Lancome Sales Executive. The store manager had basic interview questions and the Lancome executive had more specific questions to the job. They were both easy interviews. The whole process took about a week. I was flown to Florida to Lancome school to learn about the products and how to sell the brand.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Ulta Beauty (Arlington, TX) in Jun 2015
Interview
A group interview with two other interviewees. Interviewed by the manager, who was very nice and bubbly. Manager went over the job duties, expectations, rules, dress code, etc. Also offered other position as overnight stocker, and explained that position in-depth. Each interviewee was allowed time to answer, as well as ask questions at the end of interview. The manager made sure to use our names when asking specific questions, as well as in other instances, which made me feel at ease and comfortable with the manager. She seemed a "people person", but it was very genuine.
