Ulta Beauty interview questions

I was interviewing for a promotion and my DM didn't even know my name. She thought she was interviewing me for another store in a completely different state. Then she spent the bulk of the time asking me how I would improve th salon. I'm not a salon manager....get it together.

The online application was lengthy and had many entries before completion. I completely forgot I had submitted an application here since I was already being interviewed by another company. The General Manager called me a month after submission and I had no idea who I was speaking to but was offered to meet for an interview. I was informed that the position was a part time manager position which was exactly what I was interested in. I am not sure if the interview was scripted but the questions were fairly easy and expected. It was a relaxed one on one interview.
