Ulta Beauty interview questions

Very quick, process interviewed and was offered the job that week. They were in a hurry to feel the position. The General Manager that I interviewed with was very nice, and to the point she was very honest about the expectations and current state of the store. However she was not the GM of the store that I was going to be working at.

Applied online the evening of 7/25/16, and received a call about an interview the next morning on 7/26/16. Had a one on one interview with the General Manager. She asked me generic questions about my past working experience before finally asking why I wanted to work for Ulta. At the end of the interview, she offered me a position for something I didn't apply for, but once she explained the job to me it sounded really interesting and challenging, so I went ahead and accepted the offer. Overall, it was a relaxed interview that took about an hour and a half once the paperwork was all said and done.
