Ulta Beauty interview questions

1st interview was short and casual. The GM didn't know much about salon operations so the questions were pretty basic. I was called back right away for a technical interview and right after that I had a final interview with the GM. That day they called to offer me the position.

I had previously worked for one of the managers at the location I was applying for in another job I had and she asked me to apply for the MSC position because she thought I would be good at it. I interviewed with the store manager and the manager I knew already, and waited about a week until I was asked to do a second phone interview with another store manager. I was offered the job just a few days after the phone interview.
