Ulta Beauty interview questions

Applied online, met quickly with general manager. Cashier position was not available Was offered a temp role instead. Came in for training and started immediately. eventually was hired as cashier. overall very easy interview process it seemed like they needed to fill people immediately.

Phone interview. Very encompassing and thorough. Had to answer multiple questions about my general personality and my demeanor with employee interactions. I was also asked about my experience with running similar manufacturing lines and how many employees I supervised.
