Group Interview. Can be very intimidating if you've not had a group interview before. Speak first, it shows initiative! I wore clothes within company dress code (all black) which helped me stand out amongst my competitors. I also used a bit of humor during my interview, which is generally not advised but helped me show charisma and, according to my manager, helped me stick out in her mind!
