Ulta Beauty interview questions

We met at Starbucks next to the Ulta location. Michelle interviewed me and she was very sweet. She simply asked why I wanted to work there, and why I thought I was a good fit. She asked me about previous experience, and offered me the job on the spot.

I applied online to a new store opening in our area. I received a call the next day to set up an interview with the Salon Manager. The day of the interview the new store manager and assistant manager for the new location were at the interview also. I was asked to tell them about myself and why I think I would be an asset to Ulta. I was asked why I wanted to pursue a career at Ulta and why I want to be an Esthetician. I was asked about what hours I would be available. I was told about full time benefits. They told me they would get in touch with me soon. I was called by the Salon manager to come and do my technical interview. I performed microdermabrasion on my model, demonstrated massage techniques and also had to "recommend" products to my model. They told me afterwards they would call me within 10 days to let me know. I was called on the 10th day and offered a job. I accepted.
