Ulta Beauty interview questions

Applied online, got a call about a week and a half later. Met with the store manager in the back room, she asked maybe five questions (Why Ulta? Favorite brands? Time I had a difficult customer and how did I fix it?). After that, she set up another interview with a manager since they have a two step interview process. The next interview was the same set up, asked pretty much the same questions (Describe a stressful situation, time you delivered great customer service, time you received surprising feedback). Overall very easy!

Applied online and was called for an interview within a week. Was offered a second interview a few days after the first. Both interviews followed the same format; a group of 3-6 of us answered questions given to us by a couple managers, each one lasted about 45 minuets, business casual apparel. After three weeks of not hearing anything, I was offered a position.
