Ulta Beauty Sr. Manager Ad Tech interview questions

I did not apply to this position, but accepted a 20 minute call with HR manager to discuss my interest in the role, since the job was identical to my experience... Immediately the interviewer seemed very uninterested in me, which was surprising considering I didn't apply to the position, but none of the questions were difficult or challenging. Very general softball HR questions with little pertaining to the role, with emphasis on corp. cultural etc.. At the end of the call I was old rather flippantly "take care". I am not sure what is going at UB, but please don't waste interviewers time if there are other criteria someone doesn't meet other then experience.
