Interview
Meeting in an office. Talked to the Manager. I told her I worked for free for 4 days to learn a route. She liked that so I was hired. I was trying to make more money working for the USPS. If you learn more routes, then when those people want the day off they will call you. I was trying to learn as many routes as possible. BUT the management gets bonuses based on not spending TRAINING dollars. So that is why I worked for free, so that management could keep their bonus, and I could get the chance to work more on a certain route.

Interview
Interview went by very fast. It was a one on one , no group. It was about 12 people going for 1 job I believe. Post master went over what the job entails and what they would expect from me. I was expecting a group interview and more questions. Other people showed up late when I was 30 min early.
