Interview
First you get assessment for a personality test online, then you get notified to sched for a testing center assessment to take the 473 exam. You get the score right after you finish via email. Everything is via email. Then a few days later ( if you passed of course) you get email to schedule drug and background test, then you pass that of course you are then emailed in for a group interview. This was a group of people, sitting at tables that were called randomly by different interviewers to tables in a lunch area for face to face. You're asked things like why would you like this position ect. Your friendly one on one personality should shine through here. You leave not knowing and a week later I got an actual phone call that I got the job! Then you're scheduled to start your week paid orientation. Mostly sitting through videos and talk. Easy and informative. If you're a cca then the following week you will train driving the llv postal vehicle. Then after that you go to on the job training learning to do your thing in real life.

The test was fair and I did well so with in a few days of passing I received a email to consent for a drug test and background check. One those were cleared I was then emailed for a interview. The interview went well and am currently awaiting the word back.

Interview
I completed a few applications for surrounding areas. I went to three different interviews within September and October. The first one the postmaster said that the veteran was top priority but before the interview began he said he didn't have the proper paperwork. The second interview was for seasonal. Interview questions was easy, but one of the interviewers said at the beginning that if you have tickets it would hurt you for the job. I was offered the job. The last interview was pretty easy also. It lasted for 15 minutes 1 on 1. I was offered that job also. I have filled out both paper applications and waiting for the fingerprint cards to come in the mail.
