UPL Management Trainee interview questions

It began with a written technical test open for all eligible candidates. Out of these, 40 were selected for psychometric test. Final 10 were called for interview. My interview went on for around 15 minutes. It began with questions from the HR member about my personal info, education, family background and stuff. Then, the technical person asked me my interests and asked me questions from the same. Initially basic questions on Heat exchangers and distillation columns were asked followed by a bit design based questions from Pump NPSH and reaction kinetics.

Open for all candidates. Told about company, job profile, compensation offered etc during presentation. Followed by GD. Than a psychometric test and interview. They value results of psychometric tests. Technical topic during GD. Large interview panel.
