Interview
It began with a written technical test open for all eligible candidates. Out of these, 40 were selected for psychometric test. Final 10 were called for interview.
My interview went on for around 15 minutes. It began with questions from the HR member about my personal info, education, family background and stuff. Then, the technical person asked me my interests and asked me questions from the same. Initially basic questions on Heat exchangers and distillation columns were asked followed by a bit design based questions from Pump NPSH and reaction kinetics.

The process started with aptitude test followed by group discussion and then personal interview -I and then personal interview -II. The whole process was done within a week.

For me the Interview process was not that complicated as there was only 1 round of interview in which they asked me questions based on my Resume and some questions related to that particular domain which I studied during my CA Finals.

The interview process was smooth and the panel was cooperative and highly experienced. Making the interview a good interaction. The panel asked insighful questions and were eager to know about the candidate they wish to hire.
