Interview
The interview was for a Livelihoods and Economic Inclusion Intern in Geneva. It lasted only 15 minutes, it was very short. I didn't even had a chance to talk about my previous experiences. It was conducted by 2 females, are Livelihoods Officers with many years of experience. The interviewers did not put on cameras, they did not ask me to put on my camera neither.

It involved shortlisting candidates for recruitment. What is your experience in that area? What is your experience with managing multiple priorities?
The interview consisted of a phone call with three interviewers.
Questions asked referred to the interest in the position, aspirations in my future professional career, the mandate of UNHCR, previous work experiences, and organisational skills.

Internship in External Relations
2 hour written test: questions such as difference between refugee and economic migrant, what institution is responsible for asylum process in your country, translation and summary of articles etc.
20 min phone interview: questions is multiple languages such as why do you want to work with us, why should we hire you, tell us a bit more about your hobbies etc.
