Interview
It's very simple...you take a content test online to assess your abilities. If you pass this test, you will have mock tutoring session with an upper-level tutor. In this mock session, the interviewer will pretend to be a student and ask a typical statistics question.

Interview
The process is a nightmare! I took a test for calculus and passed and couldn't get passed the mock session part because the person didn't log on during the scheduled time. I then contacted tech support because I did not know that at the time and they cancelled my new appointment I made. When I called to complain about that and request my old time back they go and close my account saying that I can no longer continue in the hiring process. I would stay away from this company. They are very disorganized. I tried calling tech support during normal business hours and I couldn't get a hold of a live person. They don't return your phone calls. It was such a headache! It only made me question what would happen if I got hired.

Interview
I took several tests. I found the Calculus one to be easier than Geometry. After you apply and pass tests, you will be trained a little bit, then begin.

Question 1
The geometry test had problems about secant lines in circles that were difficult if you have not studied their formulas recently. Also, they expect calculus tutors to tutor calculus 2. Sometimes financial questions have passed through the filter, which can be difficult since finance is taught in different ways.
