Interview
The interview process was simple. It was a face to face video interview. You discussed why you wanted to tutor and what you enjoyed about the field of education. What has been your favorite subject.
fairly easy, common question about you and why you want to be a tutor. be prepared on whatever skills you are being interviewed for. might have an examination. you should know bout you topic you want to teach.
The interview tested technical skills, but primarily tested communication/customer service skills. Also tested how well I could solve problems, or alter teaching strategies if one wasn’t working. The interviewer was very nice and complimented me when I did things well, and offered different approaches I could also take.
