Interview
After you pass an exam. they setup an interview during which you will tutor someone. It was an easy math question for me although I was up for physics tutoring. the question was very easy. like solving an equation. The key part was to know how to tutor the person to learn the subject. The key is to review thier prep material before. Do not give answers encourage the student to do the work.
It was an online interview half you have to chat half tutor talking to the person all through their software. pretty easy. you just need to show them you know how to tutor.

As I mentioned it was running a tutorial session.
Something like solve for x in
sin(x)^2(x-2)/(x)=0
I don't actually remember it was easier than this.
There is a text portion and another portion where you use your voice and camera. You have to identify their 7 tenants of tutoring being used in one of the 3 tutoring examples the gave you to prepare.

It was a quick and easy interview process but the job description made it seem more intense than it actually was, which was relieving but also a little annoying because it was misleading.
