I was asked about how you would deal with a difficult situation. I talked about my experience in tutoring. We walked through how to use the program and practiced teaching a math problem. The interviewer was very nice and understanding when I was having trouble with certain features of the program. The interview was voice-only.

Pretty fast paced interview. Asked basic questions about their company philosophy and the GEMS of HDT Tutoring. Interviewer was very polite. Success in the interview can be very easily achieved as long as one prepares thoroughly before. Luckily, Tutor.com provide all the material one needs to review upon scheduling the interview.
