I interviewed at Transport for London (Londres, Inglaterra)
Interview
Online Assessment, boring stuff
Assessment Centre - has been the same for 5 years, nothing of technical difficulty at all. 3 different rounds: Group case study, Competency based interview, and Presentation (must be prepared and sent in advance)
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Asked to present something to do with a Bakerloo line extension
First stage of the process was an online assessment when you apply, then the next stage is a video interview, and finally an in-person assessment centre at one of their offices
I applied online. I interviewed at Transport for London (Londres, Inglaterra)
Interview
The interview process whilst fine itself it lacked any personal element to really establish cultural fit and was quite robotic. The process itself was drawn out over a couple of interviews weeks apart and a presentation.
I understand it's a large organisation but follow up was never when they said it would be and required multiple chasers to understand status.
