The interview process took multiple schedule as most of the time interview panel does not show up. Single round took minimum 2 round of rescheduling. I have cleared all the rounds and HR discussion happened and after that company disappeared in thin air not sure suddenly management wants to hold all the interview process and offer release. The interview process is not transparent and candidate will be left with no clue of whats happening . If the company does have plans to hire not sure why have such discussion happening without no reason for anyone's benefit .
