Trane Technologies Senior Software Engineer interview questions

3 rounds of Interview, Introduction Round, Programming skills tested in JAVA or Python and then HR round. It will take 2-3 weeks depending upon the availability. Be good with Agile process as many questions were around that.

Got a interview call and i had no idea about the company initially. Just attended the interview with the blank mindset. While the interview progresses, i felt that this is the best interview I ever attended. 3 persons conducted the interview (technical, managerial and behavior round). At every point of the process, they made me very comfortable. Felt that I did good in interview and was very positive. Then I was completely left out with no clue for next 3 weeks whether I am selected or not. After 3 weeks I had a HR round and it was usual one like any other company.
