I applied online. I interviewed at Trane Technologies in Sep 2021
Interview
Waste of time. They are very unorganized. They opened applications for the region I wanted to work at, so I applied. Later they tell me they don't have any job openings in the area.

Question 1
Why do you want to work in technical sales? Tell me about a time you had to make an important connection.
It was friendly and fast. They asked questions pertained to the exact job applied for. They offered me the job at the end of the interview. After working there, it was nothing at all described by the interviewer.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Trane Technologies (Knoxville, TN) in Nov 2021
Interview
Unfortunately, the interview process was a complete waste of time. I had what I believed to be a very good interview with the hiring manager. I was then instructed to wait two weeks for a panel interview. During this panel interview I came to the realization that this company was not what I was looking for nor was I who they were looking for. I received a strange follow-up call two days later. I would hesitate to look into this company seriously. The Eastern TN team seems to be inept at interviewing, and truthfully I did not seem confident in working for such a team. This may be why I had a change in tune midway through the panel interview. I would research the company thoroughly and proceed with caution.
