Trane Technologies interview questions

The 1st interview was a structured interview with a panel. The questions were mainly situational based. The 2nd interview was a 1:1 interview with the hiring manager. The interview was not difficult at all. I received an offer about 1 week after the 2nd interview.

I was initially contacted by a recruiter about the position. The interview process consisted of two phone discussions followed by a half day panel interview at their Corporate office. The panel interview consisted of a presentation about myself followed by a series of behavioral based interview questions.
