I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Trane Technologies in Jan 2015
Interview
I got an interview offer through a career fair at my college. The interview itself was mostly based on behavior based questions and the structure was pretty relaxed. The interview was about an hour long and very open ended even questions presented. The person conducting the interview worked with you if you got stuck and had follow up question to keep the conversation going fluidly.

Question 1
What was one error that you encountered and how did you react to it.
All interviews (2 total) happened over the phone, one with a recruiter (this was a college recruiting process), and one with my hiring manager. As it was a technical position, the second round interview was fairly technical, the first was entirely behavioral (typical tell me about yourself, tell me about a time when...)

Question 1
They were looking for a specific skill set in a technical (IT) resource, so the more difficult questions were coming up with answers to those off the top of your head, tough to brush up on an unknown (in advance), specific technology.
