Trane Technologies Customer Service Representative interview questions

Phone conversations with an internal recruiter. Emailed back and forth a few times for additional information. Received job descriptions and talked with the regional manager who was the hiring manager for the position.

An initial Phone interview. Then put through to a final interview in-house with a panel of 4 non collegiate managers. I say that since I have a high level degree. Interviewed at the corporate location in Earth City, MO. It seemed like more of a waste of time as 3 of the 4 members seemed confused of my answers. (Its basic folks - They where behavioral questions, not brain surgery). Basically, they don't admire talent, and it was a great waste of my time. The interview was too easy and that's why I didn't feel valued throughout the process. I wouldn't waste your time applying.
