Un processus long sur plus de 6 mois. Après avoir postulé en ligne sur 1 poste. 1 entretien avec cabinet externe + 1 entretien avec RH groupe + 1 entretien avec gestion de carrière + 3 entretiens opérationnels (chaîne hiérarchique). Et après ça une réponse qui se fait attendre pendant plus de 2 mois pour signer le contrat.

One interview for presentation of the local conditions and the status of the Project I was supposed to lead. Nothing was checked on my past experience. I did not have any chat with my future N+1 or even with my future N+2. Actually, it did not sound as an interview with review of past experience and tests or whatever.
