I applied online. I interviewed at Thomson Reuters (Ames, IA) in Sep 2018
Interview
Had a 30 minute behavioral interview that was easy. When I was contacted about an on site interview, I told the recruiter that I did not have a form of transportation to the interview (3.5 hour drive away from me) they basically told me that I could not interview with them then. Along with that they also do not reimburse you for travel to the on site interview. They clearly do not have a non-flexible environment. They do not do much for students.

Smooth Interview process and really just tested basics of programming. Easy enough to get through couple rounds if resume is in good shape. There was follow up phone interview after that and final interview was on sight which was technical and behavioral.
