I had one phone interview with standard questions regarding experience, work history and affiliations that would dovetail into the culture. Once past the standard introductory questions, they especially focused on whether I had any relevant risk management experience.

Interview with the Branch Executive and Department Director. It's a full day with a presentation required. You are taken to lunch with the COO. Tour the branch and meet your peers.
The Initial communication through email through an employee. The Interview was set up through email. I had a great face to face interview with the executive director. Possible second interview to come.
