Asked a couple of scenario questions, asked what were my past roles working with children, etc. keep in mind it was a group interview with one other person. The interview took about 20-30 minutes.
Everything was quite unorganized. The interview was easy, not many questions, but the leader was clearly overworked and I soon learned how severely underpaid she was as well. There was the quickest tour (I didn’t even know where I would mainly be stationed) and I got the call the next morning
Smooth, easy, the interview was ok mostly general questions about your past experiences and how well you know the company culture and how you can contribute to mission and vision of YMCA
