Applying was easy but not much else. Came in for an in-person interview after a phone interview. I was given 1 project and when that was completed, I was given another. I was asked for 7 references, where everyone completed their very long surveys, only for them to ask for 2 more. Then they decide to go in a completely different direction. It was a very frustrating experience and waste of time.

Only had a 15 minute call with the HR recruiter and then 1 panel interview with 4 people from different departments. For such a big role I thought it would be more of a process. But it only lasted 1 week and they told me they promoted someone internally.
