The Y (YMCA) interview questions

I sat in a conference room with fitness director and described my previous experience working with people, as well as talked about what my schedule would look like. This was a job I got during college, so they understood that I would be leaving mid-August. They were very kind and professional.

The interview process was easy and to the point. They asked the questions, and then described the job. They also described the intended or possible hours and what training would need to be done.
