Interview
The interview process determines your level of customer service experience. You are asked questions regarding how you handled a difficult customer, and scenarios are asked as well. They want to know that you can exercise common sense and use good judgment in all situations. Another question asked would be something along the lines of: Tell me about a time when you went above and beyond for a customer. Questions regarding your ability to sell products may be included as well. After the interview, you are phoned by a district manager for a second interview. Then you are drug tested, and there is ongoing product education.

Most questions dealt with team building and customer scenario. For management positions they will ask for some sort of supplement knowledge. Not a whole lot because the company does train all employees on the basic supplements.

I just went into the store as a customer and asked if they were hiring and the manager told me to apply online. I got a call fairly quickly to come in and do an interview in person with the manager. Then I did a phone interview with another store manager and they offered me.
