The Vitamin Shoppe interview questions

Applied online on July 16th, received a call on July 30th requesting a phone interview. Scheduled phone interview for July 31. After interview i was asked to come in to the store to meet with store managers at a career fair. I was asked my rate of pay and they accepted.

First a phone quick phone interview gauging interest. Second interview was in person with the store manager. Questions ranged from covering previous work experience. Situational questions. And questions regarding knowledge of supplements. The third interview was with, I believe, the territory manager. It was not detailed and specific as the store manager interview, felt mostly to gain a feel for personality and responsibility.
