Do not bother interviewing for this company. I had two rounds of behavioral interviews, and then they sent me a case study. After spending hours on the case study and numerous emails to the recruiter, I get no response. Not even a rejection letter. No respect for their candidates, which shows no respect for their employees!

I applied online. I interviewed at The Kraft Group (Foxboro, MA) in Sep 2024
Interview
You don't even talk to a person for the initial part of the interview. You record yourself answering a few questions then play a few games like you're a child. Complete disrespect for the candidates.
After I did the virtual interview, I kept getting repeat messages reminding me to do the interview or to ignore the message if I've already done it. I also got repeat messages that I was still in consideration. Then 2 weeks later I finally get a real follow up that the job posting has been filled and is closed. Thanks for nothing!
My advice: Actually talk to the candidates! I know that's a crazy concept but maybe you'll find better candidates if you take the time to get to know them instead of using an awkward video tool.
Thank you for providing your honest feedback. It is helpful to hear your experience as a candidate as we continually look to improve our process. We wish you well in your future career endeavors.

Interview
Video phone screen which is very awkward an uncomfortable, Followed by multiple in-person interviews. In video screen, you can't ask clarifying questions or get direct body language feedback so it's hard to gauge how you're doing or what they think of you.
