I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The Goddard School in Nov 2010
Interview
All communication was done via email. The interview was done 1 on 1 with the educational director. The second is with the owner, but I did not continue to the next interview. They went over my application, asked for clarification of a few points, then asked standard questions -- where do I see myself in 5 years, what is my philosophy on teaching, how do a work with a team, etc.
I applied through other source. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at The Goddard School in Sep 2008
Interview
The interview was an average interview. I was asked general interview questions on where I saw myself in 5 years and strengths and weaknesses. Stay Positive, and smile a lot. They're also really interested in how you handle conflict. Proper communication is a big deal too! After the interview with a director, you'll interview with the owner. After that you'll leave, and they'll discuss everything. You'll receive a call letting you know if you got the job. If you did you'll come back and do your training and orientation, and class observations. That usually takes quite a bit of time.
