The Goddard School interview questions

Easy, normal questions. Make sure you talk about positive reinforcements. No time outs. They like creativity and flexibility. Make sure you talk about everything you can bring to the table (including any hobbies you may have that can be helpful with the children - arts, yoga, music, etc.)

It was one-on-one with the director. Then one-on-one with the owner. It was very laid-back and the director is very kind and not domineering at all. I felt very relaxed throughout the whole process. They were in desperate need for people, so this could be why the interviewing process was so quick and easy.
