I applied online. I interviewed at The Goddard School
Interview
This was a highly structured interview with key questions about true contributions to your former employer and how it applies to the position. One of the best interviews I have had. It gives the applicant an idea if what they accomplished and whether the job is really a fit.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at The Goddard School (King of Prussia, PA)
Interview
My first interview was a phone interview with the HR/recruiter. Involved basic questions about the role and gave me a brief of the entire company.
Second interview was an in person interview that lasted for an hour. It was a detailed interview that where the questions involved alot around my work experience.
Last interview was for almost half a day. I was interviewed by 2 people at different time. It was again more of highlighting my experience. The second half involved solving a excel data test and Google Analytics test. Not too difficult.

Interview
I applied through Indeed and was sent a list of questions via email by the director prior to being invited for an interview. The questions involved what role I wanted to apply for and my teaching philosophy and experience. I was invited for an in person interview with the director. It was formal but a comfortable, friendly environment. I was asked about my teaching philosophy, early childhood courses I had taken, and how I would deal with different situations in the classroom. I was then taken for a brief tour.
