Scheduled group interview about two hours long. about 13 people in my group, held out on the sales floor. watched a company video to familiarize about the company's philosophy. was asked to pick a product TCS sells and make a presentation. interviewer was friendly and focused on our potential contributions to the company. had a second interview later that week with general manager.

There is a group interview then a solo interview. The group interview is more of an information session. Pay attention to the video but research on the company's motto/sales aim beforehand is extremely helpful
