The Container Store interview questions

The interview process was very straight forward. It was a group interview. Me, along with other candidates, took turns answering various questions about our work and educational experience and how that experience would translate to the job. Also, we were given several scenarios and had to answer how we would react in each situation. Then, we watched a video about the Container Store, which included segments on company culture, the job we were expected to do, and other things. We were asked about the video and our thoughts on it.

Phone interview at first then invited to group interview. Last interview was with the department manager. Very long process. At first they wanted to know my personality and see how serious I was about the job. In the group interview they wanted to know how comfortable we were as sells people and in the last interview the department manager asked me about my experience with merchandising. It took about 3 weeks to get an offer.
