The Container Store interview questions

1st interview was a group interview with about 8 people, if they liked you they called you back for a second interview 1 on 1 with all of the managers.

Group interview then a personal interview if you are chosen from the group. They are looking for people with excitement, so be sure to speak up at the group interview. Do your research about the company prior, especially the 7 foundation principles. You will watch videos and be asked questions about what you saw and how you felt about it. Be prepared to contribute.
