The Container Store interview questions

1st interview was with General manager and Operations Manager. Very standard. Behavioral questions that are unique and make you think on a higher level. Second interview was with Area Director and Market Recruiting Manager. Less job related questions, and more personal. Area direction reviews first interview by sharing the things she liked and concerns. And asking clarifying questions to address concerns. Sick as length of drive and inexperience in position.

The interview was casual and very pleasant. It took place inside the store on the sales floor and was truly the best interview I’ve ever had with any company. There was absolutely no stress involved whatsoever.
