The Container Store interview questions

Came in got asked a few questions and talked about working there and what I can bring to the atmosphere, then they called me back to set up another day to finish paper work and started my background check

I was scheduled a 4pm phone interview with the General manager. It was a relatively positive conversation, light and informal but we touche don important topics. I was asked to submit my application via their career page, as they originally scouted me from indeed. I was told I would be called during the week to schedule a second interview. I followed up 48 hrs later with a thank you email to the GM. I never heard back, I received a ridiculously rude and generic rejection email from their system.
