The Container Store interview questions

This was the most rigorous interview process I've encountered for a part-time. There were several 'phone interviews' before I even made it to a personal interview and even then there were different papers to fill out or acknowledge before I made it onto any kind of training schedule. They are very thorough.

It is a group interview with five or six other applicants. They hold the interview on the sales floor. It isn’t easy to answer questions without sounding like everyone else.
