Interview
I applied both on-line and in-store, and about a week later received an email inviting me to an interview in three days. I was asked to wear all-black business attire and full-face makeup.
It turned out to be a group interview and there were seven of us. The interview process was not hard. First, the interviewer asked why we wanted to work at TBS. Then, we were asked to introduce ourselves, and after divide into small groups and learn 3 interesting things about our partners and introduce them as well. For the next step, the groups were each assigned a product and had to prepare a brief promotion for it. In the end, the interview asked us if we had any questions and answered them. All in all the interview took about 1.5 hours.

Interview
A friend of mine knew the manager, so she managed to get me an interview the same day with her, though I was unfortunately unprepared. I was asked a lot about what I already knew about the company and if I was willing to wear more makeup than usual to show off the company's products. I was also asked if I was comfortable with asking customers whether or not they'd be interested in a paid membership card. She had a clipboard with questions on it.

There was a group interview. We went through behaviorist interview questions. Then, we all had to pick a product of the brand and show them how to sale it to the customer.
