The Body Shop Sales Associate interview questions

I always find that the most difficult questions are those standard, awful questions, like, "please describe a time when you had to.....". Stuff about honesty and difficulty.

There were no surprising or very difficult questions, but here are some of the questions asked: "describe a time when you made mistakes on the job and how you fixed it" "How did you handle a difficult situation with a customer?" Also questions about previous work experience. I think it was helpful to be as specific as possible.
