I applied in-person. I interviewed at The Body Shop (Seúl) in Dec 2015
Interview
I think it really depends on the manager but the manager for the location I applied for ended the "interview" in about 5 minutes. Basically asked me a few questions on whether I was able to be on time and be responsible etc. She was desparate for a new part timer because the person that had worked before me quit recently and wasn't that responsible to begin with.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How long can you work? (She didn't want a person that was going to quit in 2 months)
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Body Shop
Interview
Spoke with store manager of the store I was interviewing for, another closeby store manager and the district manager during the interview. Normal questions were asked of me, including my experience, "what would you do" and "what have you done" situation-based questions, management style, how I plan on driving sales, my customer service skills, "downtime" work, delegating tasks, holding to goals etc.

In your past experiences in retail management, how have you handled challenging customers?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Body Shop (Londres, Inglaterra) in Jan 2013
Interview
Nice and quick interview process. Asked the standard behavioral questions. Had three interviews before being hired.
First interview was a phone interview, next was in person with HR and last was with the hiring manager.
