The Body Shop interview questions

I was asked questions about my previous experience in retail, what good customer service means to me, et cetera. It was basically a "sit down and chat" type of experience, to make sure that I had good interpersonal skills. She also asked me if I was comfortable wearing makeup (the job requires five pieces of visible makeup). After that went well, she had me in for a floor interview, in which I explain the promotion to customers and they see how comfortable I am on the floor talking to customers. Once that was done, she immediately told me I had the job. Note that the interview process has changed, but if you message me I can tell you what it is like now.

I submitted my resume online, and was contacted by the Area Manager within a few days. The interview process included a sit down interview, and a Shop interview. It was a great interview, and the company made it very comfortable.
