The Body Shop interview questions

Assessment centre, was offered to go to one in Leeds on short notice which I declined then offered a different one in Manchester. Assessment day included a SWOT analysis of the store where we were being interviewed, group tasks including planning a new shop of our choosing and presenting it to the interviewers. Shop floor trial and individual competency based interviews including going over SWOT analysis of the store I was applying for.

I had 1:1 interview with the store manager. It was pretty easy and friendly interview. She asked me basic questions. That was my first job interview so I was really worry, but the manager was nice that she told me to relax and after the interview, she also gave me some advices to have better interviews with somewhere else later.
