I applied online. I interviewed at The Body Shop in Mar 2018
Interview
I completed a video interview after applying online. The interview was very straightforward with easy to follow instructions. You are given 30 seconds to prepare for each question and then 1-1.5 mins to say your answer. Unfortunately, due to the body shop having new ownership and restructuring they suspended recruitment after the interview as the specific role could not be guaranteed. They were incredibly apologetic and although frustrating it gave good practice for other interview processes.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Body Shop (Houston, TX) in Mar 2018
Interview
In my experience, after filling out the application online through Indeed.com. I called the store manager in order to set up an interview. I was told that I would be interviewed by the store manager. The interview was pretty average.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at The Body Shop (Croydon, England) in Jan 2018
Interview
The interview process was very smooth and pleasant.
HR team has been probably the most efficient I've dealt with so far showing real interest and, together with the hiring manager, commitment to get things moving quickly.
The hiring manager and the other interviewers were willing to listen what I had to offer for the company and had a very open mind.
