I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at The Body Shop (Manchester, Inglaterra) in Jun 2018
Interview
Group interview of around 8 people.
First task was to choose a suitable product range for a certain customer and then wrap it and present it to the interviewer in a group of 3.
Second task was on the shop floor - we were given tasks like giving out baskets and samples, and were graded on this.
Third was the actual interview - extremely short process, asked obvious questions but was so abrupt I felt I didn't have the chance to say anything I wanted to
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The Body Shop (Ottawa, ON) in May 2018
Interview
Applied online and got a call two days later. I was asked a few basic interview questions (i.e. why the body shop, when are you available, etc.) and asked to come in for a formal interview. Did so the next day. Showed up about 5 minutes early and still had to wait. Total interview was MAYBE 10 minutes long. Questions were all about past work experience and one about availability. The interviewer was nice and made me feel comfortable. We had good chemistry but I got the impression that sales experience was more preferred than they let on. I got a response two days later telling me they had not chosen me for the next step of the process and that they had many applicants and couldn't give personal feedback.

Interview
I applied online and after a quick phone call from the store manager, I was asked to come into the store for an interview. A few weeks later the offer was made. I would guess that in total the entire process took maybe a month.
